The Process

1.Fill out the form

Fill out the online form and let me know what type of session you want along with location.

2.Book

Once you’ve decided on a package, you will pay a retainer to secure your date.

3.Picture time

We will meet you at your location of choice and we will get the show on the road!

4.Delivering photos

You can expect to receive your online gallery via email in about 3-6 weeks after your shoot.

FAQ

When should I book my session?

If you are wanting the Legacy Experience, I recommend booking 4-5 months before graduation. This gives me time to edit and deliver the photos, and time to order and deliver the graduation announcements with enough time for you to send out. For the 2nd ad 3rd tier packages, booking 2-3 months in advance is advised.

Where do sessions take place?

You can choose a location that feels special to you like campus, stadium, a beach park, beach, or even your home. I also have favorite local spots I’m happy to recommend.

How long does it take to receive our photos?

My tunaround time depends on the experience selected. My standard turnaround is 3-5 weeks* for the lower tiers. For the Legacy Experience, I ask for 4-5 weeks delivery. If you need them sooner, I offer a priority editing add-on for faster delivery.

*This can change depending on my busy season. If I need more time, I will let you know.

How many images will we receive?

It depends on the package you book: Mini sessions include around 10 edited images, Standard sessions include 25 images, top experiences deliver around 50 images.

Do you offer graduation announcements or wall art?

Yes! You’ll have the option to order professional-quality prints, albums, and framed wall art directly from your online gallery. If you book the Legacy session you get an order of 25 custom designed graduation announcements. All you do is tell me your school colors, details like degree, and date of graduation and they will be delivered to your door.

How long does it take to receive the film scans?

Most scans are delivered within 2-3 weeks but this can vary dependent on the lab’s availability and busy seasons (usually mid summer).
